• BETH TWEDDLE VISIT TO DOVECOT!

  We had a great afternoon with Beth Tweddle who took the time to visit us and talk to us about her amazing career.

   

  A group of children from each class asked her lots of questions, including who inspired her to start gymnastics, how hard she trained, how many medals she has won, and how many leotards she owns!

   

  Beth was truly inspirational and we are all delighted that she took the time to visit us.

  

• CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GYMNASTIC TEAM!

  Well done to our fantastic Gymnastics team who finished in 3rd place at an inter-school competition at Fazakerley High School on Thursday. The competition was organised by Liverpool School Sports Partnership. Thank you to Mr Nichols for taking the team to this event, and also to Blueberry Park Primary School for taking us in their minibus.

• Congratulations to our Water Polo team!

  Well done to our Year 5 and 6 Water polo team who made it to the city finals earlier this week. The team played superbly, and finished 8th out of 42 schools - an incredible achievement! For the full competition report from Ben, please see this week's newsletter.

  Please come and join us on Friday 29th September at 9.30am for a coffee morning. Bring along some cake and/ or biscuits - we will provide the tea and coffee!

  All proceeds will go to the Macmillan Cancer charity.
